    摘要:

    針對(duì)被動(dòng)懸架系統(tǒng)自身動(dòng)態(tài)特性不可調(diào)的局限性,,建立了基于地棚控制策略的重載車(chē)輛半主動(dòng)懸架系統(tǒng)的道路友好性仿真模型,,分析了無(wú)場(chǎng)阻尼系數(shù),、車(chē)輛行駛速度對(duì)車(chē)輛-路面動(dòng)態(tài)載荷的影響,。利用動(dòng)態(tài)載荷系數(shù),、動(dòng)態(tài)載荷應(yīng)力因子2個(gè)道路友好性指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),,采用參數(shù)化分析方法分別研究了無(wú)場(chǎng)阻尼系數(shù),、車(chē)輛行駛速度對(duì)道路友好性的影響,。研究結(jié)果表明,,無(wú)場(chǎng)阻尼系數(shù)對(duì)車(chē)輛-路面動(dòng)態(tài)載荷的平均值影響比較明顯,,對(duì)其標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差影響并不明顯,數(shù)值上對(duì)道路友好性并無(wú)影響,;提高車(chē)輛行駛速度將降低基于地棚控制策略的半主動(dòng)懸架系統(tǒng)對(duì)道路的友好性,。

    Abstract:

    Considering non-adjustable dynamic performance of a passive suspension system,a simulation model of heavy lorries with a semi-active suspension system based on groundhook control strategy was designed. Road-friendliness of a semi-active suspension system was evaluated based on two typical road damage criterion respectively using Matlab/Simulink package. The results of this study showed that road-friendliness of semi-active suspension systems with groundhook control strategy was improved comparing with that of its counterpart. The influence of non-field damping coefficient on vehicle-road dynamic force was obvious, but its impact on the standard deviation of vehicle-road dynamic force or road-friendliness could be neglected. Increased traveling speed resulted in deteriorated road-friendliness of heavy lorries with a semi-active suspension system based on groundhook control strategy.
