    摘要:

    由于受離合器的非線性動(dòng)態(tài)特性,、外部擾動(dòng)以及參數(shù)時(shí)變等因素的影響,,實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)離合器的精確接合過(guò)程控制非常困難,。采用局部線性化模糊滑模控制器(RWLFSMC)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)的自動(dòng)離合器位置控制,,RWLFSMC采用局部線性化技術(shù)來(lái)減少模糊規(guī)則數(shù),,同時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)縮放因子調(diào)整器來(lái)調(diào)整輸出增益,保證控制器的實(shí)時(shí)性和有效性,。數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果表明,,與傳統(tǒng)的模糊滑模控制器(FSMC)相比,,RWLFSMC具有良好的軌跡追蹤性能,,此外對(duì)外部擾動(dòng),、時(shí)延、參數(shù)時(shí)變等具有較高的魯棒性,。

    Abstract:

    Due to the influence of non-linear dynamic characteristic of clutch, time-delay, external disturbance and parameter variation, the automated clutch is hard to control precisely during the engaging process of the automated clutch of automatic mechanical transmission (AMT) vehicle. In this paper, region-wise linear fuzzy sliding mode controller (RWLFSMC) is applied to the automated clutch which is driven by a brushless DC motor. The fuzzy rule number of RWLFSMC is decreased by introducing the region-wise linear technology. In order to achieve the control objective, a scaling factor tuner is used in the controller. The simulation results showed that the proposed controller was effective and robust to the parametric variation and external disturbance in comparison with the conventional fuzzy sliding mode controller (FSMC).
