    摘要:

    應(yīng)用具有正態(tài)分布的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)與噪聲因素的穩(wěn)健設(shè)計(jì)理論,,對(duì)汽車(chē)轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了穩(wěn)健優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),。以轉(zhuǎn)向過(guò)程中轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)構(gòu)14個(gè)位置的運(yùn)動(dòng)誤差為目標(biāo)函數(shù),,以主銷(xiāo)中心距,、軸距,、轉(zhuǎn)向梯形底角和轉(zhuǎn)向梯形臂長(zhǎng)度為設(shè)計(jì)變量,,以各運(yùn)動(dòng)副間隙為噪聲因素,,以最小傳動(dòng)角及最大轉(zhuǎn)角誤差等為約束條件,,建立了含間隙影響的轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)構(gòu)穩(wěn)健優(yōu)化數(shù)學(xué)模型,。設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果表明,在運(yùn)動(dòng)副存在間隙或間隙變化時(shí),,此設(shè)計(jì)方法能有效保證轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)精度,。

    Abstract:

    By adopting a theoretical method of robust optimization design with design parameters and noise factors of normal distribution, a steering mechanism of truck is designed. A math model with clearances based on robust optimization is established. The movement precision in fourteen positions of steering mechanism during steering course is chosen as objective function, and kingpins distance, axle-base, the bottom angle of trapezoid mechanism and the length of steering arm are chosen as design variables, and clearances in locomotion joints are chosen as noise factors, and minimum transmission angle and maximum steering angle error are chosen as restraint conditions, etc. Optimum results showed that the kinematics precision of steering mechanism is assured even if there are clearances in locomotion joints.
