    摘要:

    基于GD-1高壓共軌燃油噴射系統(tǒng),,對共軌油壓的控制策略進行了研究和仿真,。根據(jù)發(fā)動機工況分別進行開環(huán)與閉環(huán)的控制策略設(shè)計,,仿真中引入控制字以在開環(huán)與閉環(huán)中進行切換,,閉環(huán)控制中設(shè)計了多種控制模式,,采用PID控制方法,通過試驗進行在線參數(shù)整定。利用Matlab/Simulink工具對控制策略進行編程實現(xiàn)和初步仿真,仿真結(jié)果表明設(shè)計的控制策略能滿足發(fā)動機實時運行的要求。

    Abstract:

    Basing on the GD-1 high pressure common rail fuel injection system, the fuel pressure control strategy was studied and simulated. According to the operating state of engine the control strategy was designed in open loop or closed-loop separately, and two control modes were switched by the control flags. A PID method was adopted in closed-loop control and control parameters were determined by experiments. Finally the control strategy was realized and simulated by Matlab/Simulink, and the diesel engine can be real-time controlled and satisfactory results can be obtained.
