    摘要:

    提出了一種基于Delta并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)的新型激光切割機(jī)床。建立了三自由度Delta并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)的反解方程和工作空間求解模型,,分析了各支鏈子工作空間的幾何形狀及其內(nèi)部出現(xiàn)空洞的條件,,從而將工作空間解析歸結(jié)為可達(dá)工作空間外部邊界與內(nèi)部空洞邊界求解,。采用幾何分析與數(shù)值迭代相結(jié)合的方法,,探索了工作空間每一區(qū)域的邊界,得到了機(jī)構(gòu)工作空間的完整描述,。整個(gè)求解過(guò)程直觀,、簡(jiǎn)明,計(jì)算速度快,。

    Abstract:

    A new laser cutting manipulator based on Delta parallel robot is proposed. Inverse equations and even the inverse kinematics model of the three-degree-of-freedom Delta parallel structure are established. The geometric shape of each subchain's workspace is analyzed and how the interior hole is formed are discussed in the test, so the problem of workspace depends on the solution of outside boundary and interior hole boundary of workspace. Using the combined method between geometric algorithm and numerical iterative algorithm, the geometric contour of each subchain's workspace is taken into account and the boundary conditions of all the workspace region are discussed thoroughly. Through above analysis, the whole solution process is intuitional and concise, and the calculation speed is even faster.
