    摘要:

    把上偏差小于下偏差的公差定義為虛公差，探討了虛公差存在的理論基礎(chǔ)及其意義，從而豐富了公差的內(nèi)涵而發(fā)展為廣義公差，更適合計(jì)算機(jī)輔助公差設(shè)計(jì),。提出了基于虛公差的裝配尺寸鏈計(jì)算方法,。

    Abstract:

    It is the first time to define the tolerance with upper deviation smaller than lower deviation as virtual tolerance which is given in this paper as well. Based on the concept of virtual tolerance, dimension chains of different assembly will simplify the analysis and calculation of fixing dimension chain which has compensator in probabilistic method, so that it is possible to calculate this sort of fixing dimension chain by probabilistic method.
