    摘要:

    針對(duì)現(xiàn)有盾構(gòu)模擬試驗(yàn)中存在的問題，采用工業(yè)通用組態(tài)軟件組態(tài)王設(shè)計(jì)了盾構(gòu)模擬試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，詳細(xì)分析了監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)軟硬件的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)。對(duì)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)人機(jī)界面進(jìn)行了開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)，闡述了其設(shè)計(jì)思想,。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明該監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)操作性好，系統(tǒng)安全性和可靠性高，已成功應(yīng)用于盾構(gòu)模擬掘進(jìn)試驗(yàn),。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the questions existed in the simulating test of shield tunnelling machine, a condition monitoring system of simulator test rig for shield tunnelling machine was designed using common configuration software “Kingview”, and the structure characteristics of hardware and software were also analyzed. The human machine interface of condition monitoring system was developed and designed, and the design idea was also expounded in detail. The experimental results show that the designed condition monitoring system has good operation performance and high security, which has been applied in the simulator tunnelling successfully.
