    摘要:

    數(shù)值模擬和試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了板翅式油冷器進(jìn)出油管位置對(duì)油流動(dòng)的均勻性和油側(cè)壓降的影響,。在數(shù)值計(jì)算中采用多孔介質(zhì)模型簡(jiǎn)化具有錯(cuò)位翅片的油道,，并引入油流動(dòng)均勻性系數(shù)來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)流動(dòng)的均勻性,。計(jì)算結(jié)果和試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)表明，CFD作為虛擬試驗(yàn)的工具具有明顯的優(yōu)點(diǎn),，它能展現(xiàn)內(nèi)部流動(dòng)的細(xì)節(jié)，對(duì)散熱器優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)具有一定的參考價(jià)值,。

    Abstract:

    The inlet and outlet position of heat exchangers plays an important role in the mass flow rate distribution and pressure drop across the plate-fin oil cooler; the two geometrical parameters were studied by numerical simulation and verified by experimental work. In the simulation process, the porous media model was introduced to substitute the offset-strip-fin oil channel, and the non-uniformity coefficient was used to evaluate the mass flow rate distribution.
