    摘要:

    在分析多組離合器參與的自動變速器換擋過程特點的基礎上,,指出該換擋過程是由連續(xù)系統(tǒng)與離散系統(tǒng)組成的混合系統(tǒng),,進而提出基于鍵合圖理論的連續(xù)系統(tǒng)和基于有限狀態(tài)機的離散系統(tǒng)的換擋過程混合建模方法,。在Matlab/Simulink和Matlab/Stateflow平臺上建立了包含多種狀態(tài)的東方紅1302R型橡膠履帶拖拉機液壓機械無級變速器的換擋過程仿真模型,,仿真結果表明該建模方法能很好地模擬自動變速器換擋過程中離合器的動態(tài)行為,,并通過仿真分析了其對換擋品質(zhì)的影響。

    Abstract:

    The characteristics of automatic transmission shifting process involving multi-group clutches were studied and it was pointed out that the shifting process was a hybrid system including a continuous system and a discrete system. A hybrid modeling method, based on the continuous system under bond graph theory and the discrete system under finite state machine (FSM), was developed. A model for shifting process of hydro-mechanical transmission (HMT) equipped in the Dongfanghong 1302R rubber crawler tractor was established based on the platforms of Matlab/Simulink and Matlab/Stateflow. The simulation results showed that this hybrid system was rather effective for simulating a dynamic behavior of clutches in shifting process and its influence on the shift quality was analyzed through simulation, which served as an effective tool for the design of clutch control strategy in the shifting process.
