    摘要:

    微燃燒室是微熱光電(MTPV)系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,。微燃燒室的外表面必須產(chǎn)生一個高而均勻的溫度分布,,以盡可能高地輸出輻射能。通過對截面突變的微燃燒室的試驗研究,,得到了不同氫氧混合氣流量,、氫氧體積混合比下燃燒室內的燃燒狀況,,壁面和出口端面的溫度分布,。試驗結果表明:采用截面突變的燃燒室能很好地控制火焰中心位置,,獲得穩(wěn)定的外壁面溫度分布規(guī)律,可以在截面突變處產(chǎn)生渦流,,增強氫氣和氧氣的混合。

    Abstract:

    Micro combustor is one of the most important components in a micro-thermo-photovoltaic (MTP) system. A high and uniform temperature distribution along the outer surface of the combustion chamber is necessary to ensure a high radiation power density. At different air flowrates of admixture of hydrogen and oxygen, the temperature distributions both along the wall and on the exit plane of micro combustor were obtained through the experiment of the micro combustor with a sudden step. The experimental results indicated by that the position of flame center could be completely controlled in the combustor with a sudden step; steady temperature distribution could be obtained along the outer wall; and whirlpool could be brought on the sudden step, to enhance the mix of hydrogen and oxygen.
