    摘要:

    對自行設計的飼草壓捆機撥桿聯(lián)動分捆機構的工作原理作了闡述,，建立了杠桿組與壓縮機構運動關系。為縮短落板時間,，保證分隔板與壓縮活塞運動不干涉,，設計了彈射式插板，并對其運動規(guī)律進行了推導,。采用Matlab/Simulink進行了編程仿真,，得出影響落板時間的主要因素，據(jù)此改進了結構設計,，提高了設計的可靠性,。通過實踐驗證，分捆機構工作良好,。

    Abstract:

    A shift lever interlock part-bundle mechanism for hay baler was designed and the movement relationship between lever groups and compression mechanism was established. In order to reduce falling-board time and ensure non-interference of movement between separation board and compressive piston an eject utensil style inserter was designed its movement was regulated. By using Matlab/Simulink imitation, the main factors influencing falling-board time was obtained, based on which the structure design was improved and the reliability was enhanced. The experimental results demonstrated that the mechanism worked well.
