The expression of dynamic displacement response sensitivity was constructed based on analytical algorithm and successfully adopted into a finite element programming. The developed programme can be used for dynamic optimal design for combined structures with a high solving efficiency and a rapid computation speed. The examples, including truss, beam, plate, two-dimensional element and three-dimensional element, indicated that accuracy of dynamic displacement sensitivities reached up to 97%.
