    摘要:

    針對(duì)磁流變液阻尼器的磁路結(jié)構(gòu),，利用ANSYS軟件進(jìn)行電磁場(chǎng)有限元分析,。分析不同結(jié)構(gòu)模型的磁流變液阻尼器的磁場(chǎng)分布,研究了單級(jí)磁路與雙級(jí)磁路在相同激勵(lì)狀況下,，所產(chǎn)生的不同的響應(yīng),。分析活塞結(jié)構(gòu)的變化對(duì)磁流變液阻尼器磁場(chǎng)分布的影響，為磁流變液阻尼器的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供了依據(jù),。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the magnetic path structure, the electromagnetic field was analyzed by the ANSYS FEM. The magnetic field distribution of the MR fluids dampers of different structural models was analyzed. The response under the same excitation between the single class magnetic circuit and double class magnetic circuit was studied. And the configurations of the MR fluids dampers pistons that influence the electromagnetic field distribution were also analyzed. It could be utilized as a reference in designing the performances of MR fluids dampers.
