    摘要:

    根據(jù)非圓齒輪的嚙合原理，針對橢圓,、偏心圓和巴斯噶蝸線等幾種常見的凸封閉節(jié)曲線及其共軛的非圓齒輪,，推導(dǎo)了節(jié)曲線的計(jì)算公式,，并可利用計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行精確求解和某些特性參數(shù)的修正計(jì)算,。對三類齒輪副的傳動(dòng)性能和設(shè)計(jì)制造方面的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了對比分析,，為其后續(xù)設(shè)計(jì)和制造提供依據(jù),。

    Abstract:

    According to the meshing theory of noncircular gears, the theoretic equations of pitch curve and its conjugated gears of some common close convex pitch curves, such as ellipse, eccentric circle and Pascal curve were presented. The advantage of this method is that it can be accurately calculated by the computer, and the amendment result of some characteristic parameters on gear pairs can be gained, and for different design requirement can be settled. In addition, the transmission capability and design characteristic of noncircular gear pairs were analyzed
