    摘要:

    通過(guò)對(duì)使用異丙醇浸出大豆油脂的研究，采用試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)回歸模型建立油脂浸出速率數(shù)學(xué)模型,，使用Matlab軟件對(duì)浸出過(guò)程進(jìn)行了計(jì)算機(jī)模擬。探討了浸出參數(shù),，如溫度、預(yù)處理方式,、料溶比,、油料含水率對(duì)浸出速率的影響。確定了異丙醇浸出過(guò)程中油脂擴(kuò)散系數(shù),、擴(kuò)散特性和相應(yīng)的工藝參數(shù),。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the extraction technology of isopropyl alcohol on soybean, a regression model of oil extraction rate was founded based on experimental data. The extraction process was simulated with the application of Matlab, and the influence of extraction parameters (temperature, pretreatment method, solvent/collet ratio, water content) on extraction rate was discussed. Meanwhile, the relation between extraction rate and oil diffusion coefficient in flake was analyzed, and the correlative extraction process parameters were determined.
