    摘要:

    闡述了單缸軸向MHCPE的結構原理,建立了考慮系統(tǒng)液,、固,、氣耦合的工作過程數學模型,,給出了求解的初始條件,,定義了MHCPE的液壓能比率及“外特性”概念,,并對研制的單缸軸向MHCPE的工作外特性進行了仿真,。仿真結果顯示:輸出壓力隨著液壓能比率增加明顯升高,,受轉速變化影響較小,;輸出流量隨轉速增加先升高后降低,,受液壓能比率變化影響較小,;轉矩隨著液壓能比率降低明顯升高,,受轉速變化影響不明顯;燃油消耗率在轉速和液壓能比率較高時明顯增加,??偟挠行Чβ孰S著液壓能比率的升高,有輕微降低,,轉速較高時該趨勢尤其明顯,。

    Abstract:

    Structural principle of single cylinder axial mechanical-hydraulic confined piston engine (MHCPE) was described. Its working process mathematical model considering fluid, solid and gas coupling was created, and initial solving condition was given also. By the definition of “external characteristic of MHCPE”, the external character simulation was carried out aiming at single cylinder axial MHCPE developed. The simulation results showed that, output pressure is obviously directly proportional to hydraulic energy ratio, but slightly be influenced by rotational speed; output flow increases firstly, decreases then as rotational speed increases, but slightly be influenced by hydraulic energy ratio; output torque is obviously inversely proportional to hydraulic energy ratio, but slightly be influenced by rotational speed; fuel consumption is very bad when rotational speed and hydraulic energy ratio is great; total effective work turns less slightly versus hydraulic energy ratio, and the trend is very obvious at high rotational speed.
