    摘要:

    運(yùn)用ABS/ASR集成液壓系統(tǒng)試驗測試臺架,,對汽車ABS制動輪缸壓力調(diào)節(jié)的動態(tài)特性進(jìn)行了理論分析,,結(jié)合試驗對輪缸壓力調(diào)節(jié)過程進(jìn)行了研究,。確定了輪缸半經(jīng)驗?zāi)P蛥?shù),得到了前輪和后輪輪缸在增壓和減壓過程中的壓力變化模型,。擬合結(jié)果表明該模型精度較高,可用于ABS和ASR的仿真控制研究和輪缸壓力精細(xì)調(diào)節(jié)研究。

    Abstract:

    An experimental platform of ABS/ASR integrated hydraulic system was introduced in the paper. Based on the theoretical analysis, the semi-empirical model of pressure regulation process of ABS wheel cylinder was established, then the pressure regulation process was measured and the model parameters were identified by the experiments. The change rate models of brake pressure of front and rear wheel cylinder were obtained in the regulation process of pressure increasing and dumping. The results showed that the model was accurate and could be applied in the simulation of ABS/ASR and pressure fine regulation of wheel cylinder.
