    摘要:

    通過(guò)分析一種分體式充氣可調(diào)阻尼減振器的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理,運(yùn)用流體力學(xué)理論,建立了該減振器阻尼特性的非線性參數(shù)化模型,,仿真分析了活塞阻尼閥孔徑,、阻尼調(diào)節(jié)孔徑,、氣室初始體積,、活塞桿直徑、油管內(nèi)徑等主要結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)減振器阻尼性能的影響,,通過(guò)試驗(yàn)測(cè)試,,得到了減振器樣件的阻尼特性及其可調(diào)范圍,。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,,在減振器常用的中低速度范圍內(nèi),所建的減振器數(shù)學(xué)模型和仿真有效,。

    Abstract:

    The structure and operating principle of an air-charged split-type adjustable shock absorber was described, a non-linear parameterized mathematical model of this shock absorber's damping characteristics was established according to fluid mechanics theory and the main structural affection factors to shock absorber's damping performance, such as the diameter of piston valve orifice, the diameter of adjustable orifice, the initial volume of gas chamber, the diameter of piston rod, the inner diameter of oil pipe and so on, were analyzed by simulations. The damping performance and damping force adjusting scope of a shock absorber specimen was tested, the testing results proved the validity of simulation results and the mathematical model of shock absorber.
