    摘要:

    針對(duì)半承載式客車車身骨架有限元建模時(shí)梁單元和板單元各自的缺點(diǎn),,建立了薄板單元和梁單元相結(jié)合的有限元分析模型,對(duì)車身骨架的強(qiáng)度和動(dòng)態(tài)(模態(tài))特性進(jìn)行了分析,。將分析結(jié)論與車身骨架實(shí)體試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較,,表明所建半承載式車身骨架板梁模型的精度較高,。運(yùn)用分析結(jié)果對(duì)原車身骨架進(jìn)行輕量化改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì),,進(jìn)一步建模分析表明輕量化方案是可行和有效的,。

    Abstract:

    The finite element method (FEM) model was established in allusion to the semi-bearing coach car-body frame with shell elements and beam elements. And the intensity performance and dynamic performance (modal performance) were investigated. A comparison between the analytical results and experimental results of the real car-body frame was carried out, and it proved that the FEM model has a good analytical precision. The improved design of lightweight for the original car-body frame was taken according to the analytical results. The further analysis results showed that lightweight scheme is available and effectual.
