    摘要:

    甘蔗根茬破損會影響到宿根質(zhì)量,，通過建立甘蔗莖稈切割過程中的力學(xué)模型,，對根茬的破壞進行了力學(xué)分析。結(jié)果表明：甘蔗莖稈受一刀切割時，根茬破壞的模式有劈裂和彎曲斷裂,；受兩刀或多刀切割時根茬破壞模式有因扭轉(zhuǎn)而產(chǎn)生的縱向裂紋，因彎曲而產(chǎn)生的劈裂和彎曲斷裂,。推導(dǎo)了根茬在切割過程中受到的剪應(yīng)力,、彎曲應(yīng)力計算公式,，給出了破壞準(zhǔn)則,。

    Abstract:

    The damage of sugarcane stubble affects the quality of its biennial root. Based on establishing the mechanics model of sugarcane stalk in the cutting, mechanics analysis on stubble damage was done. It was found that: the failure form of the stubble will be splitting and breaking when the stalk is cut by single blade; And it will be axial direction crack by torsional shearing stress, splitting and breaking by bending stress when the stalk is cut by two or more blades one by one. Formulas of shearing stress and bending stress were derived, and the failure criterion was given in the paper.
