    摘要:

    殘膜回收機摟膜連桿機構(gòu)由彈齒和四連桿機構(gòu)組成，彈齒固定在連桿上輸送和收集殘膜。分析彈齒的運動并以彈齒的運動軌跡最優(yōu)為目標，建立了該連桿機構(gòu)優(yōu)化設計數(shù)學模型。運用模糊優(yōu)化原理和方法對約束函數(shù)中的許用條件進行模糊化處理，建立了模糊優(yōu)化設計模型，采用最優(yōu)水平截集法求解模糊優(yōu)化問題。已知曲柄、機架和彈齒的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸，設計計算出連桿和搖桿的最佳尺寸為390mm和385mm，比原機構(gòu)減小

    Abstract:

    13.3%和8.3%。The links mechanism of the remnant plastic film collector consists of elastic teeth and four-links mechanism. The elastic teeth fixes on links for feeding and gleaning the remnants film. In order to analyze the motion of elastic teeth and optimize its moving track, the mathematics model of the link mechanism was established in this paper. Many factors of restriction function were fuzzily disposed with fuzzy optimization principles and means. The fuzzy optimization problem was dealt with optimization gather intercept of level. Based on the known structure sizes of brace, frame and elastic teeth, optimal sizes of links and rockers, 390 mm and 385 mm, were worked out, and they are smaller 13.3% and 8.4% than before.
