    摘要:

    利用設(shè)計(jì)的秸稈還田機(jī)粉碎裝置進(jìn)行了粉碎試驗(yàn),。以殼體包角,、喂入速度、動(dòng)定刀間隙為試驗(yàn)因素,,秸稈的粉碎質(zhì)量,、粉碎功耗為試驗(yàn)指標(biāo),,建立了粉碎質(zhì)量和粉碎功耗的數(shù)學(xué)模型。隨著喂入速度,、殼體包角的增加和動(dòng)定刀間隙的減小,,粉碎功耗增大,粉碎質(zhì)量提高,。利用回歸方程和主目標(biāo)法,,進(jìn)行了參數(shù)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)果為:粉碎室包角為70°,、喂入速度為46.5m/s,、動(dòng)定刀間隙為

    Abstract:

    10mm。 Smashing experiment has been done with help of smashing devices of the stalk macerator which self-designed. With shell angle, feeding velocity and distances of rotatory blade and fixed blade as test elements, with the smashing performance and power requirement as test index in the test, the mathematical model of the smashing capability and power consumption is established. Along with the feeding velocity increase, the shell angle increase and distances of rotatory blade and fixed blade reducing, the smashing power loss increases, and the smashing performance enhances. Using the regression equations and the priority target law, the parameter optimized design has been carried on. The result is as follows: the shell angle is 70°, the feeding velocity is 46.5m/s, the distance of rotatory blade and fixed blade is 10mm.
