    摘要:

    根據(jù)谷物干燥過程的相關(guān)影響因素,，采用量綱分析方法推導(dǎo)出谷物干燥過程相似準(zhǔn)則,。利用實(shí)驗(yàn)方法確定了該相似準(zhǔn)則的具體函數(shù)關(guān)系，建立了干燥過程的相似型經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式,。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,，該模型預(yù)測值與實(shí)測值的最大相對誤差為2.8%,最小相對誤差只有0.7%,，可以較準(zhǔn)確地預(yù)測分析一定參數(shù)范圍內(nèi)谷物含水率。

    Abstract:

    According to the related influence factors of grain drying process, the similarity rule for grain drying process was deduced by using dimension analysis. The function expression of the similarity rule and the similarity empirical formula for grain drying process were established according to the experiment. The accuracy of this empirical formula was validated by the experiment. The maximum opposite error between predicting value of empirical model and measurement value of experiment is 2.8%, and the minimum opposite error is 0.7%. The results of experimental validation showed that the empirical model can accurately predict the moisture content of grain at a certain parameters scope.
