Abstract:45%提高到63%。 The air flow state of the commonly used mixed flow tunnel drier (MFTD) was measured and studied in this paper. Based on the test results, the structure improvement of the MFTD was carried out, which includes lowering the position of the blower, adding more blowers, and exhausting air in the middle of the tunnel. Test results of the improved MFTD indicated that the air flow is more uniformly distributed, the drying speed is enhanced, system structure is simplified, continuity of production is intensified, and the heat efficiency is increased from the original 45% to the current 63%.
