以某挖掘機的工作裝置整體為研究對象,，在對液壓挖掘機的典型工況進行全面分析的基礎上,，從系統(tǒng)集成的角度建立了完整的工作裝置三維集成有限元模型，對工作裝置進行了5種典型工況下的強度,、變形及模態(tài)分析,并結(jié)合實際產(chǎn)品開發(fā)進行了驗證,。分析結(jié)果表明,，基于工作裝置整體的集成有限元分析方法極大地降低了因構(gòu)件簡化等原因而造成的計算誤差，提升了產(chǎn)品的改進設計水平,。

Abstract:

On the basis of working characters, an integrated and refined 3-D finite element analysis for working mechanism was presented. Take excavator as an example, the 3-D model of working mechanism was established. Based on assessment of preliminary finite element, the way of establishing finite element model has been determined. Selected five typical working statuses, the stiffness, strength and modal analysis was made for assembled working mechanism, and test for actual product has been done. The results showed that stress distribution of work mechanism could clearly explain failure cause and the result could be applied as the references for the working mechanism design. The excavator design method has been improved and a new approach was provided for similar product design and analysis.
