    摘要:

    采用多塊貼體網(wǎng)格技術(shù),、壁面函數(shù)和S-A湍流模型,對(duì)開式輻射形葉輪,、開式弧形葉輪結(jié)構(gòu)的高速離心泵葉輪內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬,,并對(duì)模擬樣機(jī)進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究,。通過數(shù)值模擬與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果比較分析,得出該數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果相符,。證明了該數(shù)值模擬的方法可以較好地模擬離心泵葉輪內(nèi)流場(chǎng),,揭示了不同葉形的葉輪內(nèi)流場(chǎng)的變化規(guī)律。

    Abstract:

    By using multi-block grid technique, wall-function method and S-A turbulent model, numerical simulation for liquid flow in inner flow field of high-speed centrifugal pump impeller with open radial impeller and open camber impeller have been done. And the simulative sample was tested and studied. After comparing and analyzing the results of numerical simulation and examination, the numerical value simulation result confirmed to the examination result that had been gained. And such simulative method was proved to be a good method to simulate the flow field in centrifugal pump impeller. Thus the variational rule of flow field in impeller caused by different impeller types was detected.
