    摘要:

    以自由度和變動理論為基礎(chǔ),，研究了基于自由度變動的直線定向公差數(shù)學(xué)模型表示方法,。根據(jù)ASME數(shù)學(xué)定義的解釋，分析了直線平行度,、垂直度和傾斜度的被約束要素與相關(guān)基準(zhǔn)之間的關(guān)系,。針對給定方向和任意方向的不同情況,，研究了由兩平行平面所圍成的區(qū)域和由圓柱面所圍成的區(qū)域不同定向公差域的形狀，系統(tǒng)地推導(dǎo)了直線定向公差的數(shù)學(xué)模型,。通過實(shí)例進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用分析,。

    Abstract:

    A new mathematical model based on DOF variation was purposed for linear orientation tolerance. According to ASME standard, the relationships between the constrained features and datum of linear parallelism, perpendicularity and angularity were analyzed respectively. The forms of tolerance zone were developed based on difference measurement requirements and conditions. The mathematical model of linear orientation tolerance was deduced systematically. By using this model, the semantics of tolerance was exactly represented and could be used by the following processing. An example was analyzed to show the effectiveness of this model in tolerance analysis.
