    摘要:

    產(chǎn)品概念空間的表達(dá)和備選方案集的選擇是概念設(shè)計(jì)的重要環(huán)節(jié)。在物料清單（BOM）的結(jié)構(gòu)特征和屬性特征分析的基礎(chǔ)上,，提出了基于BOM形式的產(chǎn)品概念空間表達(dá)方法,，建立概念空間功能域和載體域?qū)傩灾档那蠼饽Ｐ蛠磉x擇最佳設(shè)計(jì)方案,，運(yùn)用層次分析法求解了備選方案表現(xiàn)度,，并以實(shí)例進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,。該模型在保證產(chǎn)品功能要求的前提下,，充分保證了備選設(shè)計(jì)方案具有良好的技術(shù)性能,，直觀地表達(dá)了產(chǎn)品概念空間,，提高了概念設(shè)計(jì)方案求解的效率,。

    Abstract:

    The description of product concept space and the evaluation of product projects are important for product conceptual design. In this paper, the structure and character of BOM were analyzed, and the description of product concept space based on BOM was proposed. A model, including the attribute solving of function and carrier fields, was established to get the best designing scheme. AHP was introduced to solve this model, and the results were validated by a case. The results show that the alternative design proposal can guarantee product function request and has good technical performances, such as optimizing the description of product concept space, improving the design efficiency.
