    摘要:

    運用相位多普勒粒子測速儀(PDPA)測量了旋流泵在最優(yōu)工況下液固兩相速度場,。根據(jù)泵內(nèi)流場特點,,分別采用徑向速度和軸向速度2種測量模式獲得流場內(nèi)一點的三維速度信息,通過分粒徑法獲得了各相在無葉腔與葉輪內(nèi)的速度及對應(yīng)的脈動值,。對周向、軸向及徑向速度分布曲線進行分析,,揭示了液固兩相在旋流泵內(nèi)部的運動規(guī)律,,提出了葉輪內(nèi)固相速度總體上大于液相等觀點。

    Abstract:

    Phase Doppler particle anemometer (PDPA) was used to measure the velocity field of liquid-solid two-phase flow under the optimum operating condition of a vortex pump. Radial velocity and axial velocity models were adopted to obtain 3-D velocity information of one point according to the characteristics of inner flow field in vortex pump. Velocity and corresponding fluctuating velocity of each phase in volute and impeller were gained by separating particle diameters method. Motion rules of two-phase in the pump were revealed by the analysis on distribution curves of circumferential velocity, axial velocity and radial velocity. It is proposed that velocity of solid phase is basically larger than that of liquid phase in impeller and so on. 
