    摘要:

    針對(duì)全喂入聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)田間試驗(yàn)費(fèi)時(shí),、費(fèi)工，諸多參數(shù)無(wú)法調(diào)整，數(shù)據(jù)獲取困難、精度不高，可重復(fù)性較差等問(wèn)題,，設(shè)計(jì)了軸流式脫粒-清選室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)。機(jī)械系統(tǒng)采用可組合的模塊化結(jié)構(gòu)，工作部件更換和運(yùn)動(dòng)參數(shù)調(diào)整方便,，設(shè)計(jì)了分析脫出物、清選后籽粒的空間分布的接糧箱,。以PLC作為硬件控制系統(tǒng)的核心,，采用虛擬儀器技術(shù)構(gòu)建的測(cè)控軟件系統(tǒng)，可方便實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)工作部件的轉(zhuǎn)速,、振幅,、頻率、扭矩,、功率等參數(shù)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)采集,、顯示、處理與分析,，為軸流式脫粒-清選裝置的設(shè)計(jì)提供試驗(yàn)依據(jù),。

    Abstract:

    A test-bed of axial threshing and cleaning unit were developed, which included mechanical system and automatic data acquisition and control system, after taking the achievements of the study at home and aboard as references. PLC was the kernel of control system. And the software of the system was based on the VI (virtual instrument). It is convenient to collect, display and analyzes data of motional parameters such as rotary speed, amplitude of vibration, frequency，torque and power waste et al. It provided an experimental foundation for axial threshing and cleaning unit designing in the future. 
