    摘要:

    以立式復(fù)合圓盤排種器為試驗對象,，研究了作業(yè)參數(shù)對其性能指標(biāo)的影響規(guī)律。試驗利用計算機視覺技術(shù)與專業(yè)軟件,，采用多因素多水平試驗設(shè)計,，得出了合格指數(shù),、漏播指數(shù)及株距變異系數(shù)等指標(biāo)與試驗因素之間的回歸模型,。試驗表明：株距在性能指標(biāo)回歸模型中貢獻(xiàn)率最大,，是影響性能指標(biāo)的重要因素,；作業(yè)速度,、株距及種盤直徑三因素中任意兩種有利水平組合可以彌補另外一因素的不利水平區(qū)間,，通過調(diào)整或配套因素的水平組合可適應(yīng)不同的作業(yè)項目及相關(guān)指標(biāo)要求。

    Abstract:

    An experiment was conducted to study the effects of working parameters on performance indexes of a new-type vertical plate seed-metering device. The regression model of qualification indexes, missing seeding indexes, variation rates of seedling distances and experimental factors was obtained with multiple-factor and multiple-level experimental design by using computer vision technology and professional data processing software. Results showed that plant-space is most important on influencing performance indexes among the experimental factors, and the good level of arbitrary two factors combination could remedy the bad level of the third factor, the level in pairs or groups of the factors could be arranged to suit different working and corresponding indexes demand. 
