    摘要:

    因液壓油液的溫度,、壓力及油中已溶解或未溶解的空氣量等因素變化時,油液的特性會發(fā)生非線性行為變化,,從而影響液壓系統(tǒng)的性能,為此對液壓油的綜合特性進行了研究。推導出溶解了空氣的液壓油液密度及油中空氣含量隨油液壓力,、溫度變化的函數關系,;應用Matlab軟件編制的仿真程序,,對液壓油的非線性特性進行了大量仿真計算,,并討論了影響液壓油密度,、體積彈性模量的因素。

    Abstract:

    In hydraulic systems, the property of hydraulic fluid will have non-linear behavior change when the temperature and pressure of hydraulic fluid and the amount of dissolved and undissolved air vary in fluid, thus influence the hydraulic system performance. The property of hydraulic fluid was firstly studied and then the mathematical expression was constructed theoretically which showed hydraulic fluid effective density by using the pressure, temperature and air content parameters. The computation simulations of the hydraulic fluid non-linear characteristics were carried on by using the simulation program based on Matlab software. Meanwhile the key-factors affecting the hydraulic effective density and fluid bulk modulus were discussed. The study results have important theoretical and engineering significance and provided simulation foundation for designing hydraulic transmission systems with quick response, steady running and high accuracy. 
