    摘要:

    針對柴油機(jī)單體泵噴射系統(tǒng)高實(shí)時性要求,通過對單體泵控制原理的分析,,采用位置同步,、角度時鐘驅(qū)動概念,,設(shè)計(jì)了發(fā)動機(jī)位置同步系統(tǒng)硬件和噴射系統(tǒng)軟件,,最高噴射精度達(dá)到0.023 4°CA,,電磁閥峰值和保持電流分別為12 A和8 A,,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,,該系統(tǒng)不僅實(shí)現(xiàn)了快速精確控制噴油,而且具有冗余控制功能,。

    Abstract:

    Based on the analysis of unit pump control principle, the hardware and software were designed according to high real-time performance of injection system on diesel engine. Accurate and real-time injection control was realized by using engine position synchronization (EPS) and angle clock conversion concept. The highest injection accuracy is reached to 0.023 4 degree of crank angle, solenoid valve peak current is 12 A and solenoid valve hold current is 8 A. The experimental results show that the whole system can control injection accurately and includes backup function of crankshaft signal.
