    為研究旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向管噴動床的干燥性能，采用油菜籽為原料,，進(jìn)行干燥試驗,。選取風(fēng)量,、裝料量,、風(fēng)溫和導(dǎo)噴距等因素，范圍分別為51～88m3/h（101.3 kPa, 0℃）,、10～30kg、80～110℃和40～80mm,，以水分耗熱率為指標(biāo)進(jìn)行試驗。根據(jù)單因素試驗的結(jié)果,，固定導(dǎo)噴距,，按L9（34）正交試驗方案進(jìn)行優(yōu)化試驗。試驗結(jié)果表明,，優(yōu)化工藝參數(shù)為標(biāo)態(tài)風(fēng)量58m3/h ,、風(fēng)溫80℃、裝料量20kg,。優(yōu)化工藝下的水分耗熱率為3941.4kJ/kg,只有風(fēng)量對水分耗熱率有顯著影響,。用SPSS軟件處理正交試驗數(shù)據(jù)，得到了水分耗熱率與風(fēng)溫,、風(fēng)量及加料量關(guān)系的回歸方程,。

    Abstract:

    Rapeseeds drying in a spouted bed with rotating draft tube (RDTSB) was studied to obtain the dryer’s drying characteristics. Taking the heat consumption per kilogram water as the criterion, the 51～88m3/h air flow rate（101.3kPa, 0℃）, 80～110℃ hot air temperature, 10～30kg rapeseed load quantity and 40～80mm distance between draft tube and spouted tube, the drying experiments were tested respectively. On the basis of these test results and the practical conditions, a scheme of orthogonal test with 3 factors and 3 levels was designed. The optimum drying parameters on the present apparatus were normal air flow rate at 58m3/h, hot air temperature at 80℃ and wet rapeseed load at 20kg. The optimum heat consumption per kilogram water was 3941.4kJ and the factor of air flow rate was significant only. By calculating with SPSS, the regression equation of heat consumption per kilogram water against hot air temperature, air flow rate and rapeseed load quantity was obtained.
