    摘要:

    提出一種利用圖像處理技術(shù)識(shí)別霉變花生的方法。首先用微分算子對(duì)彩色花生圖像進(jìn)行邊緣檢測(cè),,經(jīng)過(guò)形態(tài)學(xué)運(yùn)算,、填充,、合成后,,得到去除背景的彩色花生圖像,。然后采用H和S的閾值識(shí)別霉變區(qū)域,,根據(jù)像素?cái)?shù)目計(jì)算霉變面積比,,從而判斷霉變情況。試驗(yàn)表明,,這種識(shí)別方法的正確率可以達(dá)到

    Abstract:

    90%,。 An identification method was developed to automatically identify mildewed peanuts based on computer image processing technology. Firstly, detecting the peanuts edges by gradient algorithms,the color image of peanut removed background could be obtained by mathematical morphology operating,,filling and composing. And then the threshold values of H and S were used to identify the mildewed areas. Lastly, the mildewed grade was determined via the calculated mildewed area ratio. The experimental results showed that the accuracy rate of this identification method could be reached to 90%.
