    摘要:

    基于隨機(jī)過程和可靠性理論,，對整車產(chǎn)品可靠性試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的處理及評價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了分析,，闡述了利用隨機(jī)過程模型解決復(fù)雜可修復(fù)系統(tǒng)壽命分析的方法和整車產(chǎn)品故障分布規(guī)律的模型識別。通過實(shí)例分析,，得出某中型載貨汽車首次故障里程和故障間隔里程都屬于威布爾分布,，給出了可靠性函數(shù)表達(dá)式和相關(guān)評價(jià)指標(biāo)值。

    Abstract:

    Based on the theories of random process and reliability engineering, the treatment procedure of test data and the evaluation indices of reliability for vehicle products were analyzed. A method of model identification for failure distributions law of entire vehicle was proposed subsequently. In addition, how to determine the life-span of complex repairable system by using random process model was also introduced. Through analyzing a set of test data for a medium truck, it draws a conclusion that both the first failure mileage and the failure interval mileage are subjected to Weibull distribution. Finally, the expressions of reliability function and the evaluation values of reliability indices for this medium truck are listed.
