    摘要:

    簡(jiǎn)述了混合齒輪行星系分插機(jī)構(gòu)的工作原理和結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),,建立了該機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)模型,。在Visual Basic 6.0可視化平臺(tái)上開發(fā)出人機(jī)交互參數(shù)優(yōu)化軟件,,并就其運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)特性作了理論分析和計(jì)算機(jī)模擬,。分析了各結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡和優(yōu)化目標(biāo)的影響,,優(yōu)化出滿足高速插秧機(jī)插秧要求的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)

    Abstract:

    a=21.448mm, k=0.958, α0=-36°, δ0=67°,,φ0=20°, S=155mm,,R=20mm,。 Working principles and structural feature of the transplanting mechanism with planetary spur gears and elliptical gears were analyzed, and its kinematics models were established. Parameters optimization software based on human-computer conversation was programmed by programming language of Visual Basic 6.0. Based on the parameters software, kinematics property was analyzed and simulated, and the analysis found out that various structural parameters would affect kinematics locus and optimization objectives of the transplanting mechanism. Then structural parameters of the transplanting mechanism were gained, which could meet the demands of transplanting seedlings. They were a=21.448mm, k=0.958, α0=-36°, δ0=67°,φ0=20°, S=155mm,,R=20mm.
