    摘要:

    將智能移動(dòng)設(shè)備引入到車間數(shù)字化制造環(huán)境,研究了一種能夠支持協(xié)同制造和系統(tǒng)集成的數(shù)控系統(tǒng),。建立了數(shù)控系統(tǒng)模型,定義了功能模塊,,按其運(yùn)行模式建立了原型系統(tǒng),,解決了數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的人機(jī)接口,、程序編譯,、程序處理,、參數(shù)設(shè)置和修改等關(guān)鍵問題,。這種具有移動(dòng)獲取信息功能的數(shù)控系統(tǒng),,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)車間系統(tǒng)集成,,具有良好的開放性,支持系統(tǒng)跨平臺(tái)無縫集成,,支持人機(jī)協(xié)同制造,,支持基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的協(xié)同制造和全球制造。

    Abstract:

    The conventional automatic and network-based manufacturing mode is not suitable for the changeable shop floor environment. The new type of advanced manufacture needs the system integration for shop floor. An innovative CNC system based on mobile device(Palm CNC)was presented. The network based on Palm CNC included five layers. The new CNC system was divided into two parts. One was an embedded machine (robots, AGV, etc.) controller, which was a web server; another was a mobile controller, which acted as a client. Both parts were communicated via bluetooth wireless technology. CNC network architecture and software were emphasized; relation and process of CNC and manufacturing environment were illustrated. The key implement technologies were investigated and tested, including Microsoft .NET based software developing, especially the programming based on Web services technology could realize cooperative manufacturing, system integration, real time control of Windows CE, .NET-based CNC system,,bluetooth communication technology, and etc.
