    摘要:

    使用可靠性理論的統(tǒng)計模型是綜合優(yōu)化維修策略,、維修備件庫存/訂貨,、維修資源等的關鍵問題,。闡述了可靠性分析中常用的6種Weibull分布形式，研究了基于分段Weibull分布的使用可靠性統(tǒng)計模型的建立方法，擬合質量指標e的計算與不同分布函數(shù)的擬合精度比較,，分布函數(shù)的χ2擬合檢驗，并建立了汽車整車使用可靠性統(tǒng)計模型,。

    Abstract:

    The statistical distribution model of field reliability of system or component is the key to synthetically optimize the maintenance and repair policy, spare parts inventory/indent and maintenance resource. Six types of Weibull distribution models that often used in the analysis of reliability were expounded. And the way to set up the statistical distribution model of field reliability, the calculation of goodness of fit indicator and the comparison of fit goodness of different distribution functions,，the χ2 fit checkup have been studied as well. And the statistical distribution model of field reliability of a whole automobile was set up. 
