    摘要:

    對油氣混輸泵中普遍存在的氣阻現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,，為解決氣阻現(xiàn)象，設(shè)計了抗氣阻穩(wěn)壓器,；通過理論分析和實際運(yùn)行驗證,，總結(jié)歸納了抗氣阻穩(wěn)壓器具體結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計方法，設(shè)計制造的樣機(jī)產(chǎn)品經(jīng)實際運(yùn)行考核,，能夠較好地滿足現(xiàn)場惡劣使用條件的需求

    Abstract:

    Air-resistance phenomenon usually exists in oil-gas multiphase pump. In order to solve the air-resistance phenomenon, a scheme of designing an air-resistance regulator was purposed after detailed analysis. Based on the theoretic analyzing and practical testing, the design method of air-resistance regulator was summarized and concluded. Finally, a prototype of the designed air-resistance regulator was manufactured. The operation assessment results showed that the prototype can meet the needs of poor conditions.
