    摘要:

    運(yùn)用動(dòng)力顯式有限元分析軟件DYNAFORM對(duì)大變形圓柱殼零件的內(nèi)高壓成形過(guò)程進(jìn)行了模擬分析。針對(duì)內(nèi)壓和軸向力的載荷匹配關(guān)系,、管坯與模具之間的摩擦因數(shù)及管坯材料性能等因素進(jìn)行模擬與分析,，得到了在不同工藝條件下工件的成形狀態(tài),、材料流動(dòng)特點(diǎn),、應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變及壁厚分布等結(jié)果,。分析了不同工藝參數(shù)對(duì)工藝過(guò)程的影響,。

    Abstract:

    The finite element software DYNAFORM was applied to simulate the whole tube hydroforming process. The stress distribution, strain distribution and thickness distribution at different process conditions and different times were presented. The effect of different matching of internal pressure and axial force, the different friction coefficients between tube and die were simulated and analyzed. In addition, the material characters of tube were considered too.
