    摘要:

    通過(guò)試驗(yàn)分析了在天然氣中摻入氫氣對(duì)拓展天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)稀燃極限的作用,并分析了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的各種運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)參數(shù)對(duì)燃用不同體積摻氫比的天然氣/氫氣混合燃料(H2—CNG)稀燃極限的影響,。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明:氫氣的摻入可大幅拓展稀燃極限;負(fù)荷增大,、進(jìn)氣溫度升高都有利于提高稀燃極限,;在小負(fù)荷時(shí),轉(zhuǎn)速提高導(dǎo)致天然氣稀燃極限增大,,大負(fù)荷時(shí)情況則相反,,而天然氣、氫氣混合燃料稀燃極限對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)速則不敏感,。并且針對(duì)一種摻氫比和一定的工況,,存在一個(gè)最佳的點(diǎn)火提前角使得稀燃極限最大。

    Abstract:

    In order to extend the lean operation limit (LOL) of a spark ignition natural gas engine to further decrease its Nox emission, an experimental research was conducted to investigate the effect of hydrogen addition and various engine operating parameters on the LOL. The results show that hydrogen addition can significantly extend LOL and both the increase of engine load and intake air temperature result in greater (leaner) LOL. The effect of engine speed on LOL is not so straightforward. When fueled by pure CNG, LOL becomes greater with the increase of engine speed at low load, but while at high load, LOL drops if engine speed increases. However, when fuelled by hydrogen enrichment compressed natural gas (HCNG), engine speed has no obvious effect on LOL. Also an optimum spark advance to maximize LOL exists for a specific engine operating condition.  
