    設(shè)計(jì)了一種履帶車輛用差速式液壓機(jī)械雙功率流轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)構(gòu),由3套行星系組成,將變速器傳來的功率和液壓轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)傳來的功率匯流,,在轉(zhuǎn)向時能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)兩側(cè)履帶的正反轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)向,。樣機(jī)試驗(yàn)表明,,樣機(jī)直線穩(wěn)定性好,,偏駛率為0.7%,符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),;當(dāng)只有轉(zhuǎn)向動力輸入時,,樣機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向角速度大,轉(zhuǎn)向角速度隨轉(zhuǎn)向動力輸入轉(zhuǎn)速的增加而增加,;由于實(shí)際兩側(cè)履帶的滑移和滑轉(zhuǎn)的情況不同,,最小轉(zhuǎn)向半徑為0.02 m,接近于零,可實(shí)現(xiàn)原位轉(zhuǎn)向。

    Abstract:

    A new differential steering mechanism adopting hydro-mechanical double power used in tracked vehicle was designed. The new differential steering mechanism is made up of three planetary systems. Combining the power of the derailleur and that of the turning hydraulic system, the mechanism realizes two tracks turning in reverse directions. The experimental results show that it has good heading performance and the yawing rate is 07%, which accords with national standard. Quickly turning is achieved while only turning power input. With the increasing of inputting rotate speed, turning angle velocity is also increased. The neutral turning is realized and the minimum turning radius is 0.02 m as the tracks on both sides have different skids and slips. 
