    摘要:

    建立了客車用循環(huán)球式電動(dòng)助力轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)主要模塊的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并基于Matlab/Simulink構(gòu)建了系統(tǒng)仿真模型,。提出了“轉(zhuǎn)矩傳感器輸出信號的比例-微分+助力電動(dòng)機(jī)角速度反饋”的助力特性控制策略,,可以按需改變EPS系統(tǒng)的阻尼,減小車輛行駛過程中轉(zhuǎn)向輪擺振,,兼顧轉(zhuǎn)向的輕便性與穩(wěn)定性,;電動(dòng)機(jī)的電流環(huán)采用自適應(yīng)模糊PID控制策略,。仿真結(jié)果表明:助力特性算法十分有效,能顯著提高汽車轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)性能,。

    Abstract:

    The mathematical model of primary modules of recirculatingball electric power steering system for bus was built. The simulation model of the EPS system was constructed based on Matlab/Simulink. The control strategy of assist characteristic, which includes proportional and differential control of the torque transducer output signal and the assist motor angular velocity feedback, was purposed subsequently. The damp of EPS system can be changed with the demand, so the steering wheel shimmy is decreased, and the controllability and stability of steering system are both given attention during vehicle running. Adaptive fuzzy PID is adopted as the control strategy of motor current loop. The simulation results demonstrate that the assist characteristic algorithm proposed is effective in improving the dynamic performances of steering system.  
