    摘要:

    在簡(jiǎn)要分析氣缸壓力物理意義的基礎(chǔ)上,,提出了共軌柴油機(jī)以氣缸壓力為反饋的閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)原理和方案,確定了面向控制的壓力特征量,采用多項(xiàng)式擬合的方法提取壓力反饋量,;提出了基于MPC555和DSP56F807的雙微處理器的電控系統(tǒng),引入光纖壓力傳感器實(shí)現(xiàn)柴油機(jī)氣缸壓力的動(dòng)態(tài)采集,并在4100型共軌柴油機(jī)上進(jìn)行了初步試驗(yàn),,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了共軌柴油機(jī)缸壓反饋電控技術(shù)的可行性。

    Abstract:

    On the basis of brief analysis for cylinder pressure physical meaning, mechanism and sketch of electronic control based on cylinder pressure feedback was presented, pressure characteristic variable orienting to control was provided, cylinder pressure feedback has been obtained by means of polynomial fitting. Electronic control system with dual micro-processor based on MPC555 and DSP56F807 was designed, fiber-optical pressure sensor has been introduced to perform dynamic acquisition of cylinder pressure. Primary test on model 4100 diesel engine with high pressure common rail was made,,testing result showed an availability of electronic control of common rail diesel engine based on cylinder pressure feedback.
