    摘要:

    基于多體動(dòng)力學(xué)理論,,應(yīng)用機(jī)械系統(tǒng)分析軟件ADAMS/Car,,建立了計(jì)及懸架下擺臂、縱向推力桿和橫向穩(wěn)定桿柔性的剛?cè)狁詈险嚹P停渲腥嵝詶U件的模態(tài)通過(guò)有限元分析獲得。對(duì)車身、下擺臂垂直加速度功率譜密度以及懸架動(dòng)行程和輪胎動(dòng)位移進(jìn)行了分析,并與多剛體模型的仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較。研究結(jié)果表明:與剛體模型相比,,剛?cè)狁詈系淖饔檬管嚿泶怪奔铀俣裙β首V密度的幅值降低了21.5%,下擺臂垂直加速度功率譜密度的峰值減小71.3%,,輪胎動(dòng)載荷減小約10%,,懸架動(dòng)行程增大15%~20%;剛?cè)狁詈夏P椭g的差異隨車速提高,,懸架構(gòu)件的柔性在汽車平順性分析中不可忽視,。

    Abstract:

    Based on multi-body dynamics, a whole car model with rigid-flexible coupling suspension that included the flexibility of lower arms and stabilizer bars was established by using ADAMS/Car software, and the flexibility of elements has been obtained with FEM. The analyses for the accelerations of floor and lower arm, the dynamic deflection of suspension, and the dynamic deformation were carried out. The research result showed that the PSD of vertical acceleration of body and the PSD of vertical acceleration of lower arm reduced by 21.5% and 71.3% respectively, compared with rigid model. In addition, the dynamic load of tire decreased by 21.5%, and the working space of suspension increased form 15% to 20%. The research result also showed that the difference between rigid body model and rigid-flexible coupling model rose with velocity. The analysis demonstrated that the flexibility of suspension components could not be neglected.
