    摘要:

    從工程應(yīng)用的角度出發(fā),,采用半主動懸架技術(shù)實現(xiàn)整車姿態(tài)控制。在多軸車輛運動特性要求綜合分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于“天棚”阻尼原理的整車姿態(tài)控制方法,,同時采用模糊控制方法監(jiān)測行駛平順性,。通過六軸車仿真數(shù)據(jù)對比,,結(jié)果表明,,采用這種方法的半主動懸架系統(tǒng)可以有效地降低整車在車道變換和轉(zhuǎn)彎制動工況的側(cè)傾角,,隨機道路輸入條件下的平順性也明顯提高。

    Abstract:

    From engineering point of view, semi-active suspension system can realize whole vehicle attitude control so as to improve driving safety. Based on the synthetically analysis of multi-axle vehicle kinematic characteristics requirements, a kind of whole vehicle attitude control method was put forward according to skyhook damping principle. At the same time, fuzzy logic method was adopted to monitor the ride quality. From the contrast analysis of six-axle vehicle simulation results, whole vehicle roll angle was reduced with the semi-active suspension in lane change and turn brake, the ride quality was also improved in random input experimental simulation.
