    研究了一種用于液壓機(jī)械雙流傳動履帶車輛的差速式轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)構(gòu),,提出了差速轉(zhuǎn)向履帶車輛載荷比的計算公式和試驗(yàn)方案,,并進(jìn)行了樣機(jī)試驗(yàn)。通過試驗(yàn)可知,,該轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)構(gòu)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)履帶車輛任意半徑的轉(zhuǎn)向,,在小半徑轉(zhuǎn)向時,不需制動功率損失即能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)兩側(cè)履帶的正、反轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)向;載荷比隨轉(zhuǎn)向控制輸入轉(zhuǎn)速和轉(zhuǎn)向半徑變化平穩(wěn),,在大半徑轉(zhuǎn)向時,轉(zhuǎn)向半徑從2.38m減小到0.6m,,載荷比從1.63增加到2.64,;在小半徑轉(zhuǎn)向時,轉(zhuǎn)向半徑從0.36m減小到0.25m時,,載荷比從3.09增加到4.78,,而轉(zhuǎn)向半徑為0.25m時,,已經(jīng)接近原地轉(zhuǎn)向,,差速轉(zhuǎn)向履帶車輛轉(zhuǎn)向時的最大載荷比接近于

    Abstract:

    4.78。 A new differential steering mechanism used in tracked vehicle that adopted hydro-mechanical double power has been studied. Calculating method and experimental method of steering power ratio for tracked vehicle of differential steering were presented and the model has been tested. The experiments showed that the new mechanism could realize tracked vehicle turning at random radius, and that no brake power loss when turning at small radius through two tracks rotate in reverse directions. The steering power ratio changed smoothly with inputting rotate speed and turning radius, the ratio is from 1.63 to 2.64 when radius is from 2.38m to 0.6m within big radius, the ratio is from 3.09 to 4.78 when radius is from 0.36m to 0.25m within small radius. A conclusion can be drawn that the maximum steering power ratio is approach 4.78 when tracked vehicle adopting the steering mechanism because the radius is equal to 0.25m that approach the minimum radius in pivot steering.
