    基于Navier-Stokes方程組和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)k-ε紊流模型,采用SIMPLEC算法在商用軟件CFX平臺上對軸流泵葉輪內(nèi)流場進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,。計算得到泵的性能曲線與性能實驗的結(jié)果比較吻合,;并將90%葉高和出口葉輪根部位置得到的相對速度和流線的分布與PIV測量結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較,,兩者能較好地符合,,從而證明了數(shù)值計算的有效性和準(zhǔn)確性,。分析了軸流泵在不同流量工況下的內(nèi)流場的流動結(jié)構(gòu)及造成效率降低的原因,,其結(jié)果可以為軸流泵的內(nèi)流分析和性能改善提供參考,。

    Abstract:

    Based on the Navier-Stokes equation set and the standard k-ε turbulence model, the numerical simulation of the flow field in axial flow pump was conducted on the platform of commercial software CFX by using SIMPLEC method. The pump performance curves resulted from numerical simulation was verified with the experimental results; and then, the computational distribution of relative velocity and streamline in 90% blade span and the discharge region was compared with the results measured by PIV in the same positions, and they were in a good agreement, which indicated the validity and correctness of the numerical simulation. Furthermore, the flow features and the reasons caused efficiency fall of axial flow pump under different flow rates were analyzed, and the results provided some references to the internal flow analysis and the performance improvement of axial flow pump.
