From the manufacturing point of view, a generate part surface method was brought out based on these theoretical precision key points which calculated with the cutting conditions of tool shape, cutting direction, work piece shape and etc. at every processing instant. This “tool-driven" approach avoided complex surface measurement aberration, and make it possible to get geometric information of big scale objects and work piece surface modeling of each instantaneous machining process.
